Hell Yeah, Florida Justices say felons can register to vote only after paying court costs and restitution I was a victim and I made the Felon pay!

The Florida Supreme Court ruled Thursday it is fair that convicted felons in Florida must pay off all fines, fees and restitution associated with their sentencing before having their right to vote restored, siding with Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) and the Republican legislature. “The Governor asks whether the phrase “all terms of sentence” encompasses legal financial obligations (LFOs)—fines, restitution, costs, and fees—ordered by the sentencing court,” the court wrote. “We answer in the affirmative, concluding that ‘all terms of sentence’ encompasses not just durational periods but also all LFOs imposed in conjunction with an adjudication of guilt.” PAY UP FLORIDA FELONS, YOU STOLE FROM US NOW TIME FOR PAYBACK!
Hell Yeah, Florida Justices say felons can register to vote only after paying court costs and restitution I was a victim and I made the Felon pay! Christmas Eve, they broke into my house on Christmas Eve. I was a victim of dirtbag druggies who burglarized my home in Panama City Fl on Christmas eve while I was in Sarasota, hell yeah these scumbag criminals need to pay all court costs and restitution. SARASOTA HERALD TRIBUNE WRITES: The Florida Supreme Court sides with Gov. Ron DeSantis and the Republican-led Legislature in wide-ranging Amendment 4 fight.TALLAHASSEE – The Florida Supreme Court sided with Gov. Ron DeSantis and the Republican-led Legislature Thursday in a wide-ranging battle over restoring voting rights to 1.4 million Floridians with felony convictions.

PAY UP FLORIDA FELONS, YOU STOLE FROM US NOW TIME FOR PAYBACK! In an opinion sought by the GOP governor, justices said that completing “all terms of sentence” means these felons must pay court-ordered fees, fines and restitution before regaining their voting rights in the nation’s biggest presidential toss-up state. The Legislature last year set this requirement in implementing a constitutional amendment approved by voters in 2018 which allowed for restoration of felons’ voting rights after they “complete all terms of their sentence, including parole and probation.” Amendment 4 was aimed at eliminating Florida’s more than 150-year old prohibition on felons registering to vote. The number of disenfranchised Floridians tops that of any state, and critics condemn the financial requirement as similar to the segregation-era poll tax used to keep minority voters from casting ballots.
STEVEN E. RUTH ARRESTED 01/03/1995 BURGLARY OF STRUCTURE WAINWRIGHT AVE PANAMA CITY FL VICTIM BILL WARNER, MY FIRST FELONY CASE. My house in Panama City was burglarized late on Christmas Eve, December 24th, 1994, while I was away at my parents house in the Meadows in Sarasota Fl. I returned to my house on December 25th to a real mess, all my electronic equipment, cameras, TV, stereo and speakers were taken, the dirtball thugs broke through my bedroom window and trashed the house. The gang's leader was Steven E. Ruth, DOB 11/02/1965, who kinda had a 'Charles Manson Look Going On'. I tracked down my TV to a Pawn Shop in Panama City and got the name of the person who pawned the TV from the clerk, with a copy of the perp's driver license, all this on a Christmas weekend when most everything in Panama City had been shut down. Just recently I saw a Nancy Grace episode of her new show explaining as to why she got into the crime fighting business, and it kind of hit home, she discussed what it felt like to be a victim, like I was.
I had contacted the Panama City Police Dept (PCPD) immediately on returning to my house on December 25th, 1994 and filed the complaint for the burglary. Over the next 5 days the Panama City Police detective assigned to the case worked closely with me on finding the dirtbag thieves who ransacked my house, at the time I did not have my private investigators license but would not give up on finding the dirtball thieves. Eventually the burglary crew was found hiding out in a motel on West 19th Street in Panama City, the leader of the gang Steven E. Ruth, DOB 11/02/1965, was convicted of Burglary, Dealing in Stolen Property and Cocaine Possession and it was all shown on WJHG TV-7 NBC Panama City Beach Fl in a 3 part story by news reporter Bobby Ray Cardwell. I went to all Steven E. Ruth's Bay County Court appearances and made it part of of his Felony probation stipulations that he had to reimburse me for any and all damages and the return of all my possessions. Steven R. Ruth had to pay me a total of $2,360.90 as per Bay County Judge Dedee Costello's Order on 3/22/1995, he made the last payment of $1,360.80 to finally get off Felony probation in 1997, see copy of check above that I got from the Department of Corrections, real payback is a bitch. Later in 1995 I set up my private detective agency with the State of Florida and obtained my private investigators license in Panama City Fl. I liked working the Felony burglary case to prove crime does not pay in 1995, this is why I continue to get involved today:
