JUST A FEW DAYS AGO 'HERALD TRIBUNE BOO HOO STORY' ABOUT LAW ENFORCEMENT POSTING MUGSHOTS, By Carrie Seidman Columnist Posted Oct 10, 2019 at 6:00 AM Updated. SEIDMAN: Are social media mugshots the new scarlet letter? Pictures of individuals who’ve been arrested are among the most popular posts on law enforcement social media sites. Needless to say, they are not terribly flattering. But what purpose do they serve? Among the social media accounts I follow in an effort to stay on top of community concerns is one for the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office. Like any organization that wants to get its message out these days, the SCSO uses several platforms to showcase its efforts and increase public support.... So does the Sarasota Police Dept. and I sincerely hope they continue posting mugshots of the arrested and very dangerous individuals that inhabit inner city Sarasota.

Over the past 3 years, Newtown Thug Sean Thomas aka Sean-T, DOB 11/04/1997, has been robbing and terrorizing Sarasota residents, his priors include Armed Home Invasion, Kidnapping, Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Felon in Possession of a Firearm and Robbery and he is just 21. Now add a Murder Charge to Sean-T's resume for killing Christopher Rashad Ramos. Sean-T was a known gangster wannabe in the Newtown section of Sarasota for several years, he was no stranger to law enforcement.

9/30/2017 I wrote....NEWTOWN YOUNG GUNS GONE WILD: Why did the Sarasota Herald Tribune and ABC-7 never report the violent armed home invasion robbery and kidnapping in Upscale Indian Beach Sarasota Fl. Newtown Youths Sean Thomas aka Sean-T, 19, and two of his pals who appear to be juveniles, were arrested in the armed home invasion, robbery and kidnapping in upscale Indian Beach Sarasota Fl that took place on Sunday 9/17/2017 until Tuesday 10/03/2017 over 2 weeks later? Not seen in any of the local news media in Sarasota Fl was the story of the violent armed home invasion robbery and kidnapping of 5 people at the very upscale residence 'West of the Trail' in the Indian Beach section of Sarasota Fl, just across the street from Newtown.

What kind of community (Newtown) breeds young thugs like murder suspect Sean Thomas who terrorize the decent people in Sarasota and he is hardly just one example. The 3 goons responsible for the murder of Travis Combs and Jabez Spann are still wandering around Newtown. Sean Thomas aka Sean-T did only 426 days in the Sarasota County Jail for the Armed Home Invasion- Kidnapping (all plead down) in upscale Indian Beach, Alameda Ave Sarasota Fl on Sunday September 17, 2017 which the Herald Tribune did not report until October 3rd, 2017, over 2 weeks later, why?
