'Pants on the Ground Guy' Jarrel Carter Almost Shot During Manatee County Sheriff SWAT Raid at His Crib in Bradenton Fl

'Pants on the Ground Guy' Jarrel Carter Almost Shot During Manatee County Sheriff SWAT Raid at His Crib in Bradenton Fl. As usual the Herald Tribune takes sides with the criminals over Law Enforcement. Newsflash for 'Pants on the Ground Guy' Jarrel Carter when the SWAT guys tell you to keep your hands up during a drug raid and you don't, and you drop your hands, and reach for your waistband, you could be shot dumb ass. Carter claims he was just reaching down to pull up his pants, cops know criminals carry handguns in their waistband, no self respecting gang banger uses a holster. Jarrel L. Carter, DOB 7/14/1987, address 1927 7th E Ave Bradenton FL, this is not the first time a search warrant was executed at his house for rock cocaine, back on 5/29/2008 a search warrant was executed at the address and Jarrel Carter was arrested for selling rock cocaine.

CLUELESS SARASOTA HERALD TRIBUNE WRITES...Jarrel Carter had been home maybe an hour or so, having just returned from a haircut. He was sitting on a burgundy couch in a lanai, using his phone, when 11 SWAT team members arrived in an armored vehicle with flashing blue lights. “Occupants, this is the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office,” came the command over the loudspeaker. “We have a search warrant for your residence. Come out with your hands up.” What happened next was described in reports made by four different SWAT team members who participated in the raid of the Bradenton home that led to Carter’s arrest for resisting with violence — a third-degree felony punishable by up to five years in prison and a $5,000 fine. The arrest was also was captured on video, with discrepancies existing between human recollections of a heated moment and what was recorded by a camera placed in a doorway by the home’s inhabitants, BULL CRAP.. JARREL CARTER MADE A QUICK MOVE TO HIS WAISTBAND WITH BOTH HANDS AND A POSSIBLE GUN AFTER ORDERED BY SWAT TO KEEP HIS HANDS UP, HE COULD HAVE BEEN SHOT AT THIS POINT.

MANATEE COUNTY SHERIFF RESPONSE TO CLUELESS SARASOTA HERALD TRIBUNE ARTICLE:  SWAT Search Warrant “Contrary to what was reported by the Sarasota Herald Tribune, a recent search warrant in question was a carefully planned and executed operation. This is a personal and unjust attack on the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office. If you don’t want the SWAT team at your house, don’t sell crack cocaine in our community.” – Sheriff Rick Wells. The article alleged deputies did not have probable cause for arresting a suspect for Resisting With Violence. During the execution of a high risk narcotics search warrant at a residence suspected to have guns, SWAT team members met Jarrel Carter, the only one out of five suspects who failed to comply with deputies orders. Prior to the portion of the incident shown in “the home security video,” Carter ignored verbal commands to place his hands in the air and get down on the ground, and reached toward his pants multiple times. He continued to place his hands toward his pants. As a result, deputies were forced to use a leg sweep tactic, and in the process Carter grabbed and twisted a deputy’s finger, causing that deputy to fall to the ground with him. Carter was then hand cuffed and arrested. He was uninjured and was later booked in jail. The deputy required medical attention.
ORLANDO SENTINEL WRITES...Mary Sue Rich finally had enough. The council member from Ocala, Fla., was tired of seeing the young people in her town wearing their pants low and sagging, and successfully pushed to prohibit the style on city-owned property. It became law in July. Violators face a $500 fine or up to six months in jail. "I'm just tired of looking at young men's underwear, it's just disrespectful," Rich said. "I think it would make [people who wear sagging pants] respect themselves, and I would wager 9 out of 10 of them don't have jobs (or are selling drugs)."
