Human Remains of Missing Teen Found in Drainage Pipe That Runs Parallel to Park Underground, Body Was Stuffed Down Storm Drain Opening. Cops had searched Chalamont Park several times for missing teen Ebby Steppach with dogs and helicopters with hi-tech equipment. Cops in Little Rock Ark found the remains of missing teen Ebby Steppach (2 1/2 years later) in a Drainage Pipe That Runs Parallel to Chalamont Park Underground. Are Cops checking the drainage pipes that run underground and parallel to the North Tower Water Park in Sarasota Fl for missing teen Jabez Spann?

Back in May 2018:
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - Remains found in a West Little Rock park drainage pipe Tuesday have been identified as a teenager Ebby Steppach who disappeared two and a half years ago. The Little Rock Police Department briefed reporters from the scene inside Chalamont Park. The LRPD says the remains found are skeletal and were found in a drainage pipe that runs parallel to the park underground and has a manhole cover. FBI agents are on the scene assisting police investigators with sifting through dirt. When local teen Ebby Steppach was reported missing in Oct. 2015, her car was found abandoned at Chalamont Park. "We used robots with video cameras that we are able to send in the drains, eventually started from the top of the drain where her car was found and we hit obstructions 70 feet down," said Little Rock Police Cold Case Detective Tommy Hudson, in a video released Wednesday evening by the department.
Jabez Spann disappeared, September 3rd, 2017, there is a $50,000 reward for info: SARASOTA HERALD TRIBUNE WRITES: Since Jabez Spann disappeared, September 3rd, 2017, his grandma Tillery has relied on her Pentecostal faith — her church’s ironic name is Live In Hope — to hold her up. The nights are worse, a battle between insomnia and nightmares. “He came to me in a dream,” she says. “It looked like water everywhere and his face was all messed up...” She breaks off. She cites The Book of Revelations and believes “He on his way back,” insisting “I gotta be ready.” “I didn’t want to go to hell,” she sighs. “But this is hell.”
Every supper reminds her of how Jabez loves her greens and cornbread; every bite she takes feels like “I’m cheating on him.” Getting dressed reminds her of how Jabez loves nice clothes and Air Jordan sneakers. Christmas coming reminds her of the bicycle she intended to get for him this year. The worst, of course, is the not knowing. “I just want someone to tell us where he at, God, please,” she says, sobbing. “I’d rather know the bad than go to bed another night not knowing. Just bring him home and if he already dead, let me bury him by his granddaddy.”

On October 26th, 2017, Law enforcement officials were renewing efforts to find a 14-year-old Sarasota boy who has been missing since Sept. 4. Agents from the FBI, Florida Department of Law Enforcement and the Sarasota Police Department are re-canvassing the area of North Water Tower Park and Newtown in the search for Jabez Spann. Officials also spoke with people who live in those neighborhoods to try and get helpful tips in finding Spann.

SARASOTA FL: I just don’t believe he’s alive,” Lucille Tillery shakes her head, Missing Teen Jabez Spann's Grandma Lucille Tillery Says. Sarasota Police Chief Bernadette DiPino updated the investigation saying Spann was last seen by his grandmother on Sept. 4th at 6:00 p.m. and thought he was going to stay at a friend's house.

Jabez was last seen at a memorial for the victim on September 4, 2017, on 22nd Street and Palamadelia Avenue in Sarasota, Florida. The circumstances concerning the nature of Spann's disappearance remain unclear. Everyone in the small community of Newtown knows the area where Jabez’s phone last pinged– near an industrial park. How well were the areas south of the Water Tower Park in Sarasota Fl searched for missing Jabez Spann. There is a drainage ditch with culverts that runs along 42nd Street WEST from Old Bradenton Rd and just SOUTH of the Water Tower Park that is easily accessible by car and out of sight from any neighbors.
