Career criminals Leslie Allen Achter and James Earl Ray did time in Missouri State Penitentiary, Achter arrested in Sarasota With a Revolver that had serial number scratched off.

Career criminals  Leslie Allen Achter and James Earl Ray did time together in the Missouri State Penitentiary Jefferson City, MO. Leslie Allen Achter was arrested in Sarasota last week after an accident on Clark Rd with a revolver that had serial number scratched off. Who was Leslie Allen Achter going to kill in Sarasota Fl? James Earl Ray assassinated Martin Luther King jr. April 1968 in Memphis TN. Leslie Allen Achter, DOB 1/3/1937, did State Prison time in Missouri, he also did time in the Federal Bureau of Prisons, (so did James Earl Ray), Leslie Allen Achter Federal Register Number 23458-044. Leslie Allen Achter's crimes began in the 1950's in East Prairie Mississippi County, Missouri. It is about a 2 hour drive south from where Leslie Allen Achter was living in East Prairie, Missouri to Memphis TN where Martin Luther King jr. was assassinated on April 4th, 1968. Career criminal Leslie Allen Achter was 31 years old in 1968 he had been and would be in and out of the Missouri State Penitentiary Jefferson City, MO multiple times. A review of his criminal history revealed convictions for escape from prison, kidnapping, and a vehicular manslaughter charge which was dropped by the Missouri Supreme Court in 1970 after the state court ruled his constitutional rights were violated. There is a strong link to the Ku Klux Klan in the murder of Martin Luther King jr. MLK Assassination Investigation: Page 653 Staff summary of interview of Leslie Allen Achter, June 9, 1977, House Select Committee on Assassinations (MLK Document 180031).

During James Earl Ray's incarceration at Missouri State Penitentiary, Jefferson City, MO he made two unsuccessful escapes, one in 1961 and the other in 1960. (See James Earl Ray's 'Missouri State Penitentiary records Nov. 19, 1961, interoffice communication on attempted escape of Ray; March 13, 1966, interoffice on attempted escaped of inmate Ray (MLK Document 060018). Missouri State Penitentiary opened its doors in 1836 and operated continuously until 2004. The Missouri State Penitentiary, also called MSP or the Walls, was a notoriously brutal prison.

A book claims that James Earl Ray shot dead Martin Luther King because of a $50,000 bounty placed on his head by the Federated Ku Klux Klan Inc. Using unpublished FBI reports now available thanks to the Freedom of Information Act, the authors revealed that the White Knights put bounties on the prominent activist's life. Ray, who was arrested at Heathrow airport two months after King's death, confessed that he shot King dead in Memphis in April 1968 but recanted his confession a few days later. He was jailed for 99 years and died in prison in 1998 aged 70. In February 1935, Ray's father, known by the nickname Speedy, passed a bad check in Alton, Illinois, then moved to Ewing, Missouri, where the family had to change their name to Raynes to avoid law enforcement, James Earl Ray,DOB 3/10/1928, grew up in Ewing, Missouri. Leslie Allen Achter lived in East Prairie, Missouri. James Earl Ray, a career criminal, was in and out of the Missouri State prison he was sentenced to twenty years in prison for repeated offenses. He escaped from the Missouri State Penitentiary in 1967 by hiding in a truck transporting bread from the prison bakery.

In a Civil complaint filed by the King family after the murder of MLK jr, “King versus Jowers and Other Unknown Co-Conspirators,” the only named defendant, Loyd Jowers, was never their primary concern. As soon became evident in court, the real defendants were the anonymous co-conspirators who stood in the shadows behind Jowers, the former owner of a Memphis bar and grill.

Leslie Allen Achter
DOB 1/3/1937 was convicted by a Mississippi County MO jury of burglary and stealing and sentenced by the court as a habitual criminal. The only question presented by this appeal is the propriety of the trial court's denial of defendant's motion to suppress the use of certain evidence that was in his automobile and which had been stolen in the burglary. On December 20, 1972, the Bobby Johnson home near Anniston in Mississippi County MO was burglarized sometime between one o'clock and three o'clock in the afternoon. Among the items taken were a Revelation single-shot shotgun, a Remington electric razor, a table-type cigarette lighter, and a guitar. At about two o'clock the same afternoon Troopers Grissom and Crismon of the Missouri Highway Patrol were in their parked patrol car on a service station parking lot which adjoined Highway 80 on the outskirts of East Prairie. The officers saw a maroon Oldsmobile approaching on the highway, headed toward East Prairie. The Oldsmobile suddenly pulled to the shoulder of the highway, stopped a and the driver got out of the car and spoke to the driver of a farm tractor that the Oldsmobile had just passed. The troopers wondered why the automobile had stopped and decided to investigate. As the patrol car drove onto the highway and toward the Oldsmobile, with its red lights flashing, the latter vehicle drove back onto the highway and "started speeding up." The Oldsmobile continued to accelerate its speed as the two automobiles neared each other. The officers recognized defendant ["a known burglar"] as the driver of the Oldsmobile when the two vehicles met. They knew defendant's Missouri license to operate a motor vehicle had been revoked and saw the license plate on the Oldsmobile had expired. The patrol car was turned around and the automobile driven by defendant pursued. During the ensuing chase defendant's car exceeded the speed limit, was driven on the wrong side of the highway and was weaving in and out of highway traffic in such an erratic manner that other motor vehicles on the highway had to pull onto the shoulder or stop in order to avoid collision with the Oldsmobile, read more here.

Missouri Court of Appeals, Springfield District. October 11, 1974. Defendant Leslie Allen Achter DOB 1/3/1937 was convicted by a Mississippi County jury of carrying a concealed weapon in violation of § 564.610, RSMo 1969, V.A.M.S., and was sentenced by the court as a Second Offender, to a four-year prison term. The sufficiency of the evidence to support the jury's verdict is the only point preserved for our review In testing the sufficiency of the evidence the facts and evidence and favorable inferences reasonably to be drawn therefrom must be considered in the light most favorable to the state and all evidence and inferences to the contrary must be disregarded. The trooper said he saw approximately two and one-half inches of a .32 caliber automatic pistol protruding from the crevice between the seat portion and back portion of the driver's seat just to the right of where the driver would sit. The pistol, fully loaded, had been placed barrel down into the crevice. Trooper Grissom testified that with anyone sitting in the driver's seat it would not have been possible for one to observe the pistol from outside the vehicle

UNITED STATES of America, Plaintiff-Appellee, v. Leslie Allen ACHTER,
DOB 1/3/1937, Decided: April 13, 1995..When deputies from the Mississippi County Sheriff's Department attempted to arrest Leslie Allen Achter on a warrant for forgery charges, he brandished a loaded pistol. The deputies apprehended Achter after he eventually dropped the weapon. Leslie Allen Achter was later taken into federal custody and charged with being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm. Achter filed a notice of defense, claiming that he was exercising public authority on behalf of the Mississippi County Sheriff's Department. In response, the Government filed a motion in limine to prohibit Achter from introducing the defenses of public authority and entrapment by estoppel. The Government argued that these were not valid defenses in this case because the prerequisite authority must have been derived from the government under whose law the charge is brought. In other words, Achter was claiming that state, rather than federal, officials authorized him to violate a federal law. Achter makes a series of bizarre claims involving his relationship with the Mississippi County Sheriff and his deputies.

Fort Lauderdale Airport Shooter Esteban Santiago-Ruiz Links to Radical Islam In photo Esteban Santiago-Ruiz Makes ISIS #1 Gesture

The first shot fired by ISIS killer Esteban Santiago at Fort Lauderdale airport with 9mm Glock pistol, he had no luggage, no carry on, and one way ticket from Alaska, gee no red flags here, eh?

"ISIS told me to do it". The FBI and Jesse Davis, the police chief of the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport, confirmed that Esteban Santiago followed TSA procedures in checking his weapon. It was the only item he brought with him to Fort Lauderdale. "The suspect had only checked one item, a handgun case and no luggage," said Davis. Fort Lauderdale Airport Shooter Esteban Santiago-Ruiz Links to Radical Islam In photo Esteban Santiago-Ruiz Makes ISIS #1 Gesture with his right hand while seated in a car showing him wearing an Arabic keffiyeh and pointing a finger in the air – a symbol ISIL militants for their cause. It's Terrorism: The former soldier who unleashed death with a shooting rampage inside a Florida airport baggage claim area flew to Fort Lauderdale fully intending to spread carnage among innocent people, the feds said.Esteban Santiago, 26, “came here specifically to carry out this horrific attack,” said Special Agent George Piro of the Miami Federal Bureau of Investigation. There is no indication that Santiago’s murderous run through the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport was set off by any kind of altercation with anyone else, Piro added.

CBS4 News Miami: The Pentagon said Esteban Santiago-Ruiz went AWOL several times as a specialist during a stint with the Alaska National Guard and was demoted to private first class, the Associated Press reported. He was given a general discharge, which is lower than an honorable discharge.

The FBI said they were trying to confirm where he served. In November 2016, he walked into an FBI office in Anchorage claiming that he was being forced to fight for ISIS and was sent to a psychiatric hospital. FBI spokesman George Piro confirmed he was evaluated by the FBI while living in Alaska. “We have begun the difficult task of processing the crime scene,” FBI spokesman George Piro. “We have not ruled out terrorism and we will be perusing every angle to try to determine a motive behind this attack.” About five years ago, Esteban Santiago-Ruiz was investigated by Homeland Security Investigations for child porn. Three weapons and a computer were seized, but there was not enough evidence to prosecute, according to law enforcement sources.

At least five people were killed and another eight were injured in the shooting inside Terminal 2, which serves Delta Air Lines and Air Canada, according to Broward Mayor Barbara Sharief. Santiago was taken into custody after the shooting. Broward County Sheriff Scott Israel said Santiago was possibly a “homegrown violent extremist” who followed terror groups on social media. Israel said there was no evidence Santiago was a member of any terror group but detectives and federal authorities are continuing to investigate whether he had any ties.

New FBI Report Indicates Sam Mustafa and Mohdar Abdullah Support of 9/11 Hijackers in San Diego Was Still Topic of Discussion and FBI Offered Sam Mustafa a Deal in 2012.

According to the NYC FBI report, federal authorities in Tampa offered Osama Sam Mustafa a deal on Sept. 17, 2012, Mustafa was out on bail due to his indictment and arrest for stealing $17.8 million from the IRS in a check cash scam in Tampa and Roanoke VA.. During the Tampa FBI proffer/offer [Mustafa] echoed [a] previous statement he had, made, denying any knowledge of the hijackers’ terrorist affiliation and providing no additional details of use to investigators. [Mustafa] seemed optimistic about the charges he was facing in Federal Court in Roanoke VA. [Redacted] investigators had anticipated future proffer/offer sessions with [Mustafa] on the [Redacted] national security issues.” On September 24th, 2012 FBI Agents in New York City considered potential charges for Osama ‘Sam’ Mustafa for providing ‘Material Support’ to the 9/11 hijackers while in San Diego CA. During the week of September 28th 2012, Mustafa was proffered/offered the deal a second time, there was no National Security related information disclosed during the second proffer/offer to Osama Sam Mustafa. Before Mustafa was convicted and sentenced to 20 years on the IRS check scam in Roanoke VA he cut off his monitoring ankle bracelet and fled the USA on August 28th 2013, he is now being pursued by the US Marshals Service and the FBI. I received an email from Mustafa on December 16th, 2016 indicating he was in Amman Jordan and taunting the FBI and Federal prosecutor Joseph Mott.

'SAM STAR MART TEXACO' employee Mohdar Abdullah, whose given name is Al-Mohdar Mohamed Al-Mohdar Zeid was assigned the task of helping facilitate 9/11 hijack terrorists Nawaf al-Hazmi and Khalid al-Mihdhar after they arrived in Los Angels in January 2000 by Omar AlBayoumi. Mohdar Abdullah drove from San Diego to Los Angeles to pick up Nawaf al-Hazmi and Khalid al-Mihdharand returned with them to San Diego. Mohdar Abdullah a student from Yemen was working at Osama Sam Mustafa's 'SAM STAR MART TEXACO' gas station in La Mesa a suburb of San Diego with Omer Bakarbashat and eventually 9/11 hijack terrorist Nawaf al-Hazmi would also work at Osama Sam Mustafa's 'SAM STAR MART TEXACO' gas station. Omer Bakarbashat was a young Saudi who lived in the same apartment building as Mohdar Abdullah. Omer Bakarbashat viewed Anwar al-Awlaki as “almost a god,” according to an FBI agent. Mohdar Abdullah, Osama Awadallah, and Omer Bakarbashat were all present at a meeting at Sam’s Star Texaco station in La Mesa on the morning of September 10th, 2001 saying “It’s finally going to happen“. Omer Bakarbashat and Nawaf Al-Hazmi shared the same address 8451 Mount Vernon Ave Lemon Grove CA, the address on Nawaf Al-Hazmi's car registration. The 9/11 Congressional Inquiry will later strongly imply that Osama Sam Mustafa assisted the hijackers with the 9/11 plot, but the FBI will appear uninterested and will maintain that the hijackers received no assistance from anyone, nonsense.

NBC News has learned that a renewed FBI investigation into 'SAM STAR MART TEXACO' employee Mohdar Abdullah was triggered, in part, by surveillance videotapes from inside the Los Angeles Airport shot in June 2000 — a year before 9/11. Law enforcement officials tell NBC the grainy tapes show terrorist Nawaf al-Hazmi with Mohdar Abdullah and an unidentified man. Sources say the men appear to be scouting out the airport. Some FBI agents believe that one of the men may be holding a video camera and rotates in a circle while secretly videotaping near the security area. "This is very consistent with what the hijackers did," says 9/11 Commission former co-chair Tom Kean, adding, "if he's on tape here with the hijackers, then this is something that should really be investigated further." The 9/11 Commission says Mohdar Abdullah had extremist sympathies, helped the two hijackers get drivers licenses and flight training and, after 9/11, "expressed hatred for the U.S. government." But before the 9/11 Commission could question him, the U.S. deported him. "He should not have been let out of the country when the 9/11 commission wanted to interview him." Mohdar Abdullah, whose given name is Al-Mohdar Mohamed Al-Mohdar Zeid, told the officer he had entered the United States on Dec. 7, 1998, in New York on an Italian passport. In truth, he entered three days later from Canada on a Yemeni passport. Mohdar Abdullah allegedly told the hijackers how to get Social Security cards and California driver's licenses. He also telephoned a flight school in Florida to arrange for flight lessons and "regularly dined, worked and prayed with the hijackers," prosecutors asserted. Mohdar Abdullah remained illegally in the United States "in order to help the ... hijackers and/or any future hijackers in the furtherance of terrorist activities against people in the United States," FBI Agent Daniel Gonzalez said in a seven-page statement.

Mohdar Abdullah worked at the Sam’s Star Texaco station in La Mesa owned by Sam Mustafa. 9/11 hijacker Nawaf Alhazmi also works at Sam’s Star Texaco station while living in San Diego where other suspected Islamist militants work. This is the only apparent instance of any of the hijackers having a job while in the US. He and 9/11 hijacker Khalid Al-Mihdhar frequently socialize at the gas station, but only Al-Hazmi works there for pay on and off for about a month at some point after Al-Mihdhar has gone overseas in June 2000.When interviewed by the FBI after 9/11, Mohdar Abdullah denied having advance knowledge of attacks. In May 2004, it was learned from reports about Mohdar Abdullah bragging to fellow inmates at a California prison in September- October 2003 that he had known Hazmi and Mihdhar were planning a terrorist attack. According to one inmate, Mohdar Abdullah claimed an unnamed individual had notified him that Hazmi and Mihdhar would be arriving in Los Angeles with plans to carry out an attack. Mohdar Abdullah allegedly told the same inmate that he had driven the two al Qaeda operatives from Los Angeles to San Diego. According to a inmate, Mohdar Abdullah also claimed to have found out about the 9/11 attacks three weeks in advance, a claim that appears to dovetail with evidence that Abdullah may have received a phone call from Nawaf al-Hazmi around that time, that he stopped making calls from his telephone after August 25, 2001, and that, according to his friends, he started acting strangely. Mohdar Abdullah will admit to the FBI that he knew of the hijackers’ extremist beliefs and that he was involved in the Islamic Army of Aden, a militant group in Yemen with al-Qaeda ties.

Evidence further indicates that an additional source of Saudi government funding used to support the activities of Hazmi and Mihdhar while in the United States came by way of Bayoumi’s relationship with Osama Yousef Basnan, another agent of the Saudi government. Basnan, known as a vocal Al Qaeda sympathizer and further described by U.S. intelligence as an “ardent UBL [Osama bin Laden] supporter” who “has been in contact with UBL family members,” was a target of FBI investigations as early as 1992. In May of that year, the State Department provided the FBI with a box of documents recovered from a parked car that was abandoned on Wisconsin Avenue near the residence of then Secretary of State, James A.Baker. The car, belonging to Basnan’s used car business in Alexandria, VA, had been parked there by Basnan while allegedly visiting a friend’s nearby clothing business. The documents, consisting of jihadist literature, included a “Confidential” newsletter written in Arabic to supporters of the Eritrean Islamic Jihad (EIJ) Movement, providing updates on the EIJ’s council. A high level EIJ member reportedly sat on Al Qaeda’s Shura Council. The documents also included a number of letters addressed to Basnan outlining plans to import used cars to the United States (although after Iraq invasion the export of cars to Middle East was the hot deal by Muslim used car dealers in USA). That same year, on October 17, 1992, Basnan hosted a party in Washington D.C. for Omar Abdul Rahman (a/k/a the “Blind Sheikh”) who is currently serving a life sentence following his conviction for his role in supporting the 1993 World Trade Center bombing and for plotting a “day of terror” in which he planned to attack the United Nations in New York City, bomb the Holland and Lincoln tunnels, and assassinate then-Senator Alfonse D’Amato.

The mystery begins with the arrival at Los Angeles International Airport on Jan. 15, 2000, of two Saudi men who more than year and a half later would be among the hijackers who crashed American Airlines Flight 77 into the Pentagon. Apart from their proven devotion to the jihadi cause, the men Nawaf al-Hazmi and Khalid al-Mihdhar seemed unlikely choices for a pair of terrorists who would have to survive, and plot for months, in the United States. Neither spoke English or had experience navigating American life. With the 9/11 plot riding on the hijackers' ability to manage daily life, he said, al-Qaida leaders would most likely have made arrangements to get them help. "I have to believe something was planned for the care and nurturing of these guys after they arrived." "They weren't too sophisticated, and they didn't speak English. They needed help getting settled and making preparations, said Richard Lambert, the former FBI official in San Diego." Al-Hazmi and al-Mihdhar began worshipping at a San Diego mosque where the imam was Anwar al-Awlaki, an American cleric who years later would became an infamous online recruiter for al-Qaida. A Yemeni student named Mohdar Abdullah drove them around, he picked them up in LA and drove them to San Diego, helped them open bank accounts and connected them with flight schools.

OSAMA MUSTAFA KNEW ABOUT 9/11 PLOT: Osama “Sam” Mustafa denied all, he lied, Osama “Sam” Mustafa was in on the 9/11 attacks. In the year 2000 Al-Qaeda hijacker Nawaf Alhazmi works at Osama Sam Mustafa's SAM STAR MART TEXACO gas station, while living in San Diego for 6 months, where other suspected Islamist militants work. The Texaco gas station, Sam’s Star Mart, is owned by Osama “Sam” Mustafa. Osama Mustafa was first investigated by the FBI in 1991 after he told a police officer that the US needed another Pan Am 103 attack and that he could be the one to carry out the attack. He also said all Americans should be killed because of the 1991 Iraq War. In 1994, Osama Sam Mustafa was investigated for being a member of the Palestinian organizations PFLP and PLO and for threatening to kill an Israeli intelligence officer living in San Diego. The investigation was closed, but reopened again in 1997 when he was tied to a possible plot in North Carolina. Apparently, it was closed again before 9/11. He also associates with Osama Basnan and others who have contacts with the hijackers.

Mohdar Abdullah, a former San Diego State student and material witness in the 9/11 terror investigation, was quietly deported to Yemen in 2004 after spending almost three years in New York and San Diego County jails. Abdullah and his friend and former cellmate, Omar Bakarbashat, were among the first Muslim immigrants in the nation to be detained after Sept. 11, 2001, and are two of the last to be released. Bakarbashat was deported to Yemen on Oct. 24, 2004. Abdullah acknowledged that he had lied to an immigration officer. Abdullah told the officer he had entered the United States on Dec. 7, 1998, in New York on an Italian passport. Abdullah, 26, and Bakarbashat, 31, both college students, were arrested immediately after the attacks and taken to New York to testify before a federal grand jury. YEMEN REFUSED TO TAKE HIM BACK: "Mohdar Abdullah had been initially identified as a close associate of two of the deceased 9/11 hijackers from San Diego, Nawaf Alhazmi and Khalid al-Midhar," Mack said. Abdullah's lawyer, Randall B. Hamud, said the government of Yemen twice refused to admit Abdullah, and agreed to accept him only because of intense pressure from the U.S. State Department. Two federal agents escorted him on the flight to the Middle East.  Abdullah, whose given name is Al-Mohdar Mohamed Al-Mohdar Zeid, was never charged with crimes related to the Sept. 11, 2001, terror attacks, but he faced suspicion because of his relationship with the San Diego-linked hijackers Nawaf Alhazmi, Khalid al-Midhar and Hani Hanjour.

The three were aboard the American Airlines plane that crashed into the Pentagon. Officials said in court documents that Abdullah regularly dined with, prayed with and helped Alhazmi and al-Midhar with interpreting, computer use and other tasks. He also helped them find employment at Osama Sam Mustafa's SAM STAR MART TEXACO and places to live, authorities said. Mohdar Abdullah helped the 9/11 hijackers obtain Social Security cards, driver licenses, flight school information and rides from Los Angeles International Airport. Mohdar Abdullah worked with Alhazmi and with other material witnesses at Osama Sam Mustafa's SAM STAR MART TEXACO gas station in La Mesa CA near San Diego. Additionally, according to one witness, Abdullah, Omar Bakarbashat, and other Osama Sam Mustafa's SAM STAR MART TEXACO gas station employees including Osama Sam Mustafa will appear to show foreknowledge of the 9/11 attacks one day before they take place.

FLORIDA BULLDOG NEWS: As late as October 2012, federal prosecutors and FBI agents in New York City were actively exploring filing charges against a suspect for providing material support to the 9/11 hijackers and other crimes. The suspect’s identity and many details of the New York investigation are blanked out of a FBI summary report that discusses “Updates and Initiatives (as of 5 October 2012)” about 9/11. The document was released to Florida Bulldog amid ongoing Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) litigation that seeks access to records of the 9/11 Review Commission. The 2012 FBI report contains several bullet points about individuals with ties to 9/11 hijack Saudi terrorists Nawaf al-Hazmi and Khalid al-Mihdhar. All of the names are redacted, but one name is discernible from the available information: former Tampa resident Osama “Sam” Mustafa. Prior to 9/11 Mustafa owned a gas station in a suburb of San Diego where future hijacker Hazmi worked for about a month in the fall of 2000. Mustafa previously had been the subject of an FBI counterterrorism investigation that yielded no evidence of criminal conduct, according to the 9/11 Commission’s final report. The 2012 FBI report recounts Mustafa’s May 15, 2012 arrest in Tampa for Treasury check fraud filed by a U.S. Attorney in Virginia. Court records say the case involved a $17 million tax-refund fraud scheme, and that Mustafa was found guilty in April 2013. Four months later, while out on bond, Mustafa cut of a ankle monitoring bracelet and vanished.

In June 2014, Mustafa was sentenced in absentia to 20 years in prison. He remains a fugitive. Tampa man denied knowledge of terrorism. According to the report, federal authorities in Tampa had offered Mustafa a deal on Sept. 17, 2012. “During the proffer [Mustafa] echoed [a] previous statement he had made, denying any knowledge of the hijackers’ terrorist affiliation and providing no additional details of use to investigators. [Mustafa] seemed optimistic about the charges he was facing. [Redacted] investigators anticipate future proffer sessions with [Mustafa] on the [Redacted] national security issues.” The 2012 FBI report takes a longer look at Mohdar Abdullah, who “played a key role facilitating the daily lives and assisting future Flight 77 hijackers.” His story is recounted in a section of the report titled “Details on Mohdar Abdullah and his connection [redacted].” National security is cited for that redaction, and for much of the first couple of sentences in the section. Also removed from the report are several sentences detailing “the immediate goal of” investigating Abdullah, whom the 9/11 Commission Report previously said worked at the gas station where Hazmi was employed. According to the 9/11 Commission, Abdullah was a Yemeni student in his early 20s who was “fluent in both Arabic and English,” sympathetic to extremist views “and was perfectly suited to assist the hijackers in pursuing their mission.” When FBI agents searched his possessions after the attacks, they found a notebook “belonging to someone else with references to planes falling from the sky, mass killing and hijacking,’’ the 9/11 Commission report says. Abdullah was detained as a material witness and later “he expressed hatred for the U.S. government and ‘stated that the U.S. brought ‘this’ on themselves.’

Newly declassified information in the 2012 FBI report says that shortly after Feb. 4, 2000, Abdullah was one of two individuals tasked by Bayoumi to assist the two future hijackers. A partially censored sentence then says, “Anwar Aulaqi and they may have spent time together with the hijackers.” Aulaqi, also known as Anwar al-Awlaki, was an American who was imam of the Masjid Ar-Ribat al-Islami mosque in San Diego, where Hazmi and Mihdhar worshipped. U.S. officials later identified him an al Qaeda recruiter who helped plan terrorist operations. Aulaqi was killed in Yemen in September 2011 by a U.S. Hellfire missile drone strike. The 2012 FBI report says, “After September 11, 2001 Mohdar (Abdullah) was investigated by the FBI for assisting the hijackers. On September 19, 2001 he was arrested by FBI San Diego on charges of immigration fraud for his claim of being a Somali asylee (Mohdar is Yemeni.) Mohdar pled guilty to the immigration charges and was deported to Yemen in 2004. “While Mohdar was detained in an immigration facility he bragged to two fellow inmates that he assisted the hijackers. The FBI and the SDNY have debriefed these individuals. Both are cooperative, but there is some prosecutorial concern about their value as witnesses,” the report says. Much of the rest of the section about Mohdar Abdullah is blanked out citing a FOIA exemption that protects confidential sources and personal privacy. The 2012 FBI report was among about 200 pages of 9/11 Review Commission records recently released to Florida Bulldog. On Nov. 30, the Bulldog reported that records showed agents investigating 9/11 did not obtain security records from a Sarasota-area gated community containing alleged evidence that the hijackers had visited the residence of a Saudi family with ties to the royal family. Most of the two-page report was censored for national security and other reasons, except for this sentence, “None of this identifies new participants in the 9/11 attacks but hardens the existing known connections to the plot.”

4 Gitmo Terrorist Detainees Transferring to Saudi Arabia as Part of Obama's Wave of 'Get Out of Jail Free Cards' Will 9/11 Mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed be Next?

4 Gitmo Terrorist Detainees Transferring to Saudi Arabia as Part of Obama's Wave of Lunatic 'Get Out of Jail Free Cards' For Al-Qaeda Will 9/11 Mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed be Next? POTUS Obama is unhinged and dangerous, he needs to close up shop and hit the bricks, airing out Gitmo is only going to be the cause of another 9/11 terror attack! Sending Gitmo terrorists back to Saudi Arabia is the ultimate slap in the face to all the families of the FDNY, NYPD, Port Authority Cops, EMT's and every other civilian murdered by 19 Al-Qaeda hijackers on 9/11 who for the most part hailed from Saudi Arabia and were financed by Saudi Arabian financiers. Trump needs to shut Obama down!
Ammar Al Baluchi is in U.S. custody at Guantanamo Bay detention camp along with 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed. U.S. officials allege that the majority of money that came to the Saudi hijackers for the September 11 attacks was transferred through Baluchi, will Obama free these bastards too? Four Gitmo detainees are slated to be transferred to Saudi Arabia in the next 24 hours, the first of the final wave of up to 20 transfers expected before Inauguration Day, two U.S. officials tell Fox News. The transfers are proceeding despite renewed opposition from President-elect Donald Trump, who tweeted on Tuesday: “There should be no further releases from Gitmo. These are extremely dangerous people and should not be allowed back onto the battlefield.” The Pentagon said Gitmo transfers would continue over Trump’s objection. There are 59 Gitmo detainees remaining. Roughly 20 are expected to be transferred before Trump is sworn in later this month. Saudi Arabia received detainees most recently in April, when the Obama administration transferred nine to the country, including an alleged bodyguard of Usama Bin Laden. All nine detainees were linked to Al Qaeda. U.S. officials say 30 percent of released detainees are suspected of returning to the battlefield. Trump’s nominee to run the Department of Homeland Security, retired Marine Gen. John Kelly, told Pentagon reporters in January that all remaining Gitmo detainees were “bad boys.” “Some of them were more effective in being bad boys than others,” he said.

How Websleuths and A&E Filmmakers Josh Zeman and Rachel Mills Sparked A Revelation In Gilgo Beach Murder Cases

NEWSDAY December 30th 2016: How Websleuths and A&E Filmmakers Josh Zeman and Rachel Mills Sparked A Revelation In Gilgo Beach Murder Cases. When the biggest story in years broke this month in the unsolved Long Island Serial Killer case, few noticed that an online community of crime buffs and two filmmakers sparked the revelation. The news went national when local investigators reported to a federal database that a DNA match meant partial skeletal remains found on Ocean Parkway in 2011 belonged to an unidentified woman whose torso was discovered in Rockville Centre in 1997, which in turn confirmed the victim—dubbed “Peaches” because of her fruit tattoo—was the mother of the lone child recovered amid the carnage uncovered in the Gilgo Beach murders probe. It was widely reported to be the most significant update in the investigation since the last bodies were found. Although most reports omitted it, the story behind how this forensic clue was unearthed raises as many questions about the case as the news itself.

“Unfortunately, we’re playing catch up,” Joseph Giacalone, a retired NYPD cold case investigator told the Press while questioning why authorities didn’t announce Peaches’ link to Gilgo sooner. “We haven’t given her a name yet, but at least we have a connection.” News of the link came on the week of the sixth anniversary of police finding the first of 10 murder victims along Ocean Parkway—11 for those that believe the missing woman authorities were looking for at the time, Shannan Gilbert, was also slain, although investigators have said they suspect she accidentally drowned in Oak Beach. Besides Gilbert, five of the victims have been identified. All five were last known to be sex workers.

Josh Zeman and Rachel Mills, the filmmakers that produced The Killing Season, sent the same question to the Nassau County Medical Examiner’s office last month to follow up on Fieldnotes’ observation. The Press sent similar queries to the Nassau ME earlier this month. Eric Smith, a forensic medical investigator in the Nassau ME’s office, confirmed Dec. 13 that the reason Jane Doe No. 3 didn’t appear to be in NamUs is because she was actually Peaches, but the Peaches file wasn’t clarified to reflect that until Dec. 8. “It had always been our…belief that identifying the unidentified along Ocean Parkway would lead to a break in the case and we really believed that the Websleuths community could help do this,” Zeman said.  READ THE WHOLE ARTICLE HERE  https://www.longislandpress.com/2016/12/30/how-websleuths-sparked-revelation-in-long-island-serial-killer-case/

LAST DAYS FOR CHARLES MANSON: This pig Manson needs to die on the operating table hope the anesthesia wears off

LAST DAYS FOR CHARLES MANSON: NYP This pig Manson needs to die on the operating table hope the anesthesia wears off. Charles Manson’s purported “son” rushed to the California hospital where the 82-year-old former cult leader was taken after he fell seriously ill in prison, according to a new report. Matthew Roberts says he wants to tell the convicted mastermind of nine murders that he loves him after Manson was driven by authorities from Corcoran State Prison to Mercy Hospital about 60 miles away in Bakersfield, Calif., RadarOnline reported Wednesday.

Roberts, 48, told Radar he understood Manson was “in a serious condition and having surgery” for a heart problem. The information, he said, was passed along to him by Manson’s fiancĂ©e, Afton “Star” Burton. “I want to get up there in person and see what’s going on. This could be it, that’s my greatest fear,” Roberts said, adding, “If he’s on his deathbed, I would like to tell him I love him, because I do. Everybody has a unique and special sort of love for their progenitors even if they are different or disturbed or monsters.” Sharon Tate, the wife of director Roman Polanski, was 8½ months pregnant when she was killed by the Manson cult, at the couple’s hilltop home in Benedict Canyon on Aug. 9, 1969.
Sharon Tate and Her Friends Slaughtered By Charles Manson Family August 9 1969 in Benedict Canyon Los Angeles CA.
“Death to pigs” was written on a wall, and “Healter Skelter,” which was misspelled, was written on the refrigerator door. They also killed Gary Hinman, 34, a musician, and Donald “Shorty” Shea, a stuntman and a ranch hand at the Chatsworth ranch where Charles Manson and his followers lived, a real bunch of dirtbag killers who should never see the light of day.
ABC News April 11th, 2012..Charles Manson Denied Parole After Saying He Is a ‘Very Dangerous Man’. Notorious killer Charles Manson was denied parole after a California parole board noted that he recently bragged to a prison psychologist, “I am a very dangerous man.” Charles Manson, now a gray haired 77, was denied parole for the 12th time. He is serving a life sentence for seven murders in the 1969 ”Helter Skelter” killing spree in Los Angeles.

Sharon Tate, the wife of director Roman Polanski, was 8½ months pregnant when she was killed, at the couple’s hilltop home in Benedict Canyon on Aug. 9, 1969. Polanski was out of the country working on a film. Besides Tate, four others were stabbed and shot to death: Jay Sebring, 35; Voytek Frykowski, 32; coffee heiress Abigail Folger, 25; and Steven Parent, 18, a friend of Tate’s caretaker. The word “pig” was written on the front door in blood.
“Sharon Tate was the last to die,” Susan Atkins said with a laugh as she described how Sharon Tate was begging her, ” Please don’t kill me. Please don’t kill me. I don’t want to die. I want to live. I want to have my baby. I want to have my baby.” Susan Atkins said she just looked at Sharon Tate straight in the eye and said, “Look, bitch, I don’t care about you. I don’t care if you’re going to have a baby. You had better be ready. You’re going to die and I don’t feel anything about it…In a few minutes I killed her.”

Susan Atkins said she saw that there was Sharon’s blood on her hand and she tasted it. “Wow, what a trip! To taste death, and yet give life. Flabbergasted, another prison inmate asked Susan Atkins if it didn’t bother her to kill a pregnant woman. “I thought you understood. I loved her, and in order for me to kill her I was killing part of myself when I killed her,” Susan explained. Susan Atkins had wanted to cut out Sharon Tate’s baby but there wasn’t enough time. She had also wanted to take out all the victims’ eyes and squash them against the walls and cut off and mutilate all of their fingers, but they didn’t have the chance. The next night, Charles Manson rode with his cohorts to the Los Feliz home of Leno and Rosemary LaBianca, then left three of them to commit the murders.

SARASOTA: 1991 Rape & Murder of Jackie Galloway by John Waterman Who Only Did 20 of a 45 Year State Prison Sentence and Released To “Treatment Center for Rapists” in Arcadia Fl

SARASOTA: 1991 Rape & Murder of Jackie Galloway by John Waterman Who Only Did 20 of a 45 Year State Prison Sentence and Released To “Treatment Center for Rapists” in Arcadia Fl. The 1991 disappearance and murder of Jackie Galloway, a vibrant and social woman in Sarasota, Florida, at first stymied and then shocked investigators. Authorities eventually discovered that Galloway’s slaying was linked to the sexual assault of a second woman in the area — and that both crimes bore strange similarities to those described in a crime thriller novel that the main suspect owned. One June 13, police found Galloway’s bloodied body in a field about 10 miles from downtown Sarasota, wrapped up in a blanket and bound in several places — even excessively, where no bind would have been needed — with a cord. A noose was wrapped around Galloway’s neck, and she was badly decomposed. Her false nails had also all been ripped off. As law enforcement told PEOPLE at the time, “Jackie either put up a fierce fight, or she was cold-bloodedly tortured by her attacker, John Waterman.” john-waterman-being-held-in-local-sexually-violent-predator-treatment-center-arcadia-fl

UPDATE…Sarasota’s BTK John Waterman Being Held in Local Sexually Violent Predator Treatment Center Arcadia Fl.  John Waterman raped, tortured and murdered Jackie Galloway in 1991, Sarasota Fl. The 580-bed Florida Civil Commitment Center for violent sex offenders is located in Arcadia Fl about 46 miles east of Sarasota. Correct Care assumed management of this secure treatment facility for Sexually Violent Predators, detained or civilly committed under The Involuntary Civil Commitment of Sexually Violent Predators Act (FS 394.910).  There’s only one place in the entire country where violent sexual predators are committed indefinitely that is run by a for-profit company. It’s in Arcadia, Florida – on the outskirts of town, past historic buildings and rows of antique stores that tourists often visit. Despite receiving a state award for cost effectiveness, some national civil liberties groups say the Florida Civil Commitment Center is on their radar because it’s being run under a $272 million contract by a for-profit company – one with a criticized performance record and a purported conflict of incentives. It is not a prison, but it looks similar to one from the outside and from the sky. The men inside have all been considered so dangerous they weren’t allowed back into society after their prison sentences ended. So they were committed by the state – involuntarily and indefinitely – at the Florida Civil Commitment Center. TREATMENT PROGRESS REPORTS AND OTHER PERTINENT REPORTS CONCERNING JOHN WATERMAN IN SARASOTA COUNTY COURT ARE SEALED, see case info at link below.

SARASOTA HERALD TRIBUNE JULY 12 – John Waterman’s grisly crimes still haunt the residents in the upscale Hudson Bayou neighborhood just south of downtown Sarasota. One victim, a 36-year-old woman who lived next door to John Waterman, was found dead in a field in 1991 with her fingernails ripped off and a drapery cord tied around her neck. Another neighbor woman, a 31-year-old single mother, awoke to find Waterman wearing a mask and hovering over her with a knife to her throat, before she was raped. Both crimes on Loma Linda Street paralleled passages in a crime novel called “Postmortem” that investigators found on Waterman’s bookshelf.  Residents of Hudson Bayou thought Waterman, then 28, would serve a virtual life sentence when he pleaded no contest and was given a 45-year term. But because he was sentenced before tougher Florida laws took effect, he will be released next month after only 20 years in prison. That has sent his old neighbors into a panic. Waterman’s closest relatives still live on Loma Linda St Sarasota Fl , so many there fear he could return.

BTK, Bind-Torture-Kill, Dennis Lynn Rader (born March 9, 1945) is an American serial killer who murdered ten people in Sedgwick County (in and around Wichita, Kansas), between 1974 and 1991. He was known as the BTK killer (or the BTK strangler). “BTK” stands for “Bind, Torture, Kill”, which was his famous signature. BTK Dennis Rader served on both the Sedgwick County’s Board of Zoning Appeals and the Animal Control Advisory Board (appointed in 1996 and resigned in 1998). He was also a member of Christ Lutheran Church, a Lutheran congregation of about 200 people, near his former high school. He had been a member for about 30 years and had been elected president of the Congregation Council. He was also a Cub Scout leader. OUTWARDLY HE LOOKED AND ACTED NORMAL.
Psychologists who interviewed Sarasota’s John Waterman labeled him a low- to moderate- risk for re-offending. He had no prior criminal history. And there was no evidence of sexual violence in the murder, meaning that Waterman has only one conviction for a sexually violent crime. OUTWARDLY HE LOOKED AND ACTED NORMAL.
Case of the Broken Nails…..Jackie Galloway was John Waterman’s murder victim.  On June 12th 1991 she went missing, a full-scale search by police and Jackie’s family and friends that lasted through the night failed to turn up a trace of the missing woman. Then, the next afternoon, sheriff’s deputies found Jackie’s decomposing body wrapped in a beige bed sheet in a lot 10 miles from downtown Sarasota. A white braided-nylon cord that turned out to be the kind used with draperies and traverse rods had been fashioned into a noose around her neck, and her wrists showed signs of having been bound. Though Jackie was fully clothed, it was unclear whether she had been sexually assaulted. Most horrifying, however, was the sight of her fingers: Her false nails had all been torn off, leaving nothing but the raw cuticles. “Jackie either put up a fierce fight,” says Sgt. Bill Sullivan of the Sarasota County sheriffs office, “or she was cold-bloodedly tortured by her attacker.” (BTK style). John Waterman worked at Bay Plaza parking cars in 1991. He quickly earned a reputation among fellow employees as a man with some unsettling habits. “He gave me the willies,” says another valet at the complex. He says that Waterman once brandished a gun at a fellow employee, he liked to carry knives and enjoyed capturing pigeons and drowning them.
