FBI Report, each year FBI agents across America team up with police officers, sheriff's deputies, state attorneys, Homeland Security investigators, and others for a few days of posing as people buying or selling sex. This year, "hundreds of law enforcement officials took part in sting operations in hotels, casinos, truck stops, and other areas frequented by pimps, prostitutes, and their customers," the FBI reported. Seventy-four FBI-led "Child Exploitation Task Forces" orchestrated operations in 103 U.S. cities, with more than 400 different law-enforcement agencies participating in the October 13-16 efforts. And the payoff? According to the FBI, "82 sexually exploited juveniles" were recovered and "239 pimps and other individuals" arrested. The average age of the minors was just under 16-years-old. "This is a depressing day in law enforcement," said FBI Director James Comey, announcing Operation Cross Country 10 (OCCX) results at an International Association of Chiefs of Police gathering. The FBI Jacksonville Division operation along I-95 included the cooperation of multiple state and local law enforcement partnering agencies including the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. Operations took place in a number of locations, including hotels, truck stops, and street corners.

Another year is gone and hundreds of 'Gone Girls' are still missing in America, petite blond females are the targets taken by Human Traffickers.   13). UNSOLVED MURDER...Misty Gwinner..she was 18 years old, blond hair, 5′4 ” tall and 120 lbs, from Florence KY, found dead Tues @ 9:45 pm 4/05/2005, (KIDNAPPED-MURDERED). Lexington Police responded to a call about a body lying in the road on Cleveland Road. Misty Gwinner, a native of Florence, KY had no known connections to Lexington KY.

Gone Girl Jennifer Kesse From Orlando Fl on Long List of Young Blond Females Missing In America Possibly Taken by Human Traffickers. Ten years after an Orlando woman disappeared without a trace in a case that has stumped investigators, police and the family of Jennifer Kesse are pleading with the public for information to help them solve the investigation. 

"We will not stop or let up on our efforts to locate Jen and bring her home,” the woman's father, Drew Kesse, told Fox News on Friday. “It has been a very long road and quite challenging at times but our hope is still strong and our strength is too until we can end Jennifer's personal hell," Kesse said. Known by friends and family simply as "Jenn," the 24-year-old Orlando woman was last seen alive on Jan. 23, 2006.

Jennifer Kesse, who lived alone, was reported missing by her parents the next day when she failed to show up for her job as a manager at Central Florida Investments. In a 2013 interview with FoxNews.com, Drew Kesse said he believed more than one person was responsible for his daughter’s disappearance. His theory is that Jenn was abducted while leaving her home early on Jan. 24, 2006 and that she never made it to her car. Drew Kesse had suggested his daughter -- 5-foot-8 with blond hair -- may have been taken by human traffickers and may no longer be in the country.
 
The Orlando Police Department had hoped for a break in the case when it released security footage of a person (male or female) seen parking Jennifer Kesse’s vehicle near a pool at an apartment complex and walking away. But the suspect – who appears to be between 5-foot-3 and 5-foot-5 – has never been identified.
 
The person seen walking away from kidnapped Jennifer Kesse’s vehicle is wearing a white short sleeved shirt and white slacks with dark shoes typical of people who work in large commercial kitchens in the food service industry.
