The 9/11 Congressional Inquiry strongly implies that Osama Mustafa assisted the hijackers with the 9/11 plot. 9/11 hijacker Nawaf Alhazmi works at a gas station while living in San Diego where other suspected Islamist militants work. The Texaco gas station, Sam’s Star Mart, is owned by Osama “Sam” Mustafa. Mustafa was first investigated by the FBI in 1991 after he told a police officer that the US needed another Pan Am 103 attack and that he could be the one to carry out the attack.
Mustafa also said all Americans should be killed because of the 1991 Iraq War. In 1994, he was investigated for being a member of the Palestinian organizations Popular Front for Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) and the PLO and for threatening to kill an Israeli intelligence officer living in San Diego. The investigation was closed, but reopened again in 1997 when he was tied to a possible terrorist plot in North Carolina. Apparently, it was closed again before 9/11. He also associates with Osama Basnan and others who have contacts with the hijackers like Saudi agent Omar al-Bayoumi. Information that I received from a former employee of Sam's Star Mart on Spring Street in La Mesa indicates that Osama Mustafa kept thousands of dollars in a safe in his office along with several handguns. Witnesses later claim Mustafa cheered when he was first told of the 9/11 attacks.
FROM the 9/11 Commission: On April 3 1999, Nawaf al Hazmi applied for a B-1/B-2 (tourist/business) visa in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, submitting a written visa application, his passport, and a photograph. Hazmi was a Saudi citizen born August 9, 1976.3 Hazmi’s passport was new–issued on March 21, 1999, and it contained an indicator of extremism that has been associated with al Qaeda. Hazmi’s visa was issued on April 3, 1999. Mihdhar’s visa was issued on April 7, 1999. Both were one-year, multiple-entry visas with stated address’s in the USA. Nawaf al Hazmi mainly associated with Mohdar Abdullah (deported, he claimed prior knowledge of the 9/11 attacks ) at the Rabat mosque with Imam Anwar al-Awlaki and both worked at Sam’s Star Mart in La Mesa CA owned by Osama Sam Mustafa.
Osama Sam Mustafa is wanted by the US Marshals Service he should be considered armed and dangerous. Osama Sam Mustafa threatened to kill me on several occasions via phone calls and text messages, a November 24th 2012 Sarasota Sheriff Department complaint that I filed on Mustafa indicated he would kill me with a shotgun blast, see report above.
