The Fifth Amendment of the Constitution of the USA "Eminent Domain" grants the federal government the right to exercise its power of eminent domain, and the due process clause of the Fourteenth Amendment makes the federal guarantee of just compensation applicable to the states. State governments derive the power to initiate condemnation proceedings from their state constitutions, except North Carolina, which gains its power through statute. The constitutional and statutory provisions require federal, state, and local governments and subdivisions of government to pay an owner for property taken for public use at the time the property is taken. To exercise the power of eminent domain, the government must prove that the four elements set forth in the Fifth Amendment are present: (1) private property (2) must be taken (3) for public use (4) and with just compensation.
Far left bottom feeder reporter Zac Anderson writes: "Following a humbling second place finish in Iowa that came after he skipped the last debate before the caucuses, Trump was back at the podium. But he may wish he’d kept away from the debate stage longer. Never the greatest debater, Trump turned in his worst performance to date as he rambled through some cringe-worthy answers to questions on health care and eminent domain. Trump ended his response to a question on providing affordable health care to people by saying “we’re going to take care of people” without offering any specifics. And his over-the-top defense of eminent domain, an issue on which he is vulnerable because he used it to help his businesses, drew boos from the crowd. Bush slammed Trump on the issue and refused to let the bombastic businessman talk over him. Trump was later booed for going after U.S. Ted Cruz before his closing statement. The billionaire is under more pressure after losing in Iowa to Cruz. His supporters should be happy he has a big lead in the New Hampshire polls because his debate performance seems unlikely to help".
Reporter Zac Anderson has taken the side of ‘anybody’ who opposes Donald Trump, his past articles include, Protesters planning “Dump Trump” demonstration outside candidate’s Sarasota rally, Sarasota gets full Trump experience a free-wheeling discourse in which the billionaire business mogul slammed the media. In April 2015, CareerCast ranked newspaper reporter as the worst job in America. With diminishing salaries and job security, journalism can't provide a "decent" or even a "modest" salary so the general public is left with butt sniffing liberals like Sarasota Herald Tribune reporter Zac Anderson who appears to be totally out of touch with reality.
