Stymied Dyer County Sheriff Investigators With Nowhere Else To Go Point Finger At Murdered Karen Swift's Husband But He Ain't The Guy

Stymied Dyer County Sheriff Investigators with nowhere else to go point finger at murdered Karen Swift's husband, but David says "You Say You’re Lookin' for Someone to Pin It On, But It Ain’t Me, No it Ain’t Me Sheriff Box, I’m Not The One You Want, I’m Not the One You Need, It Ain’t Me You’re Lookin’ For." The Media in Nashville, Memphis and the surrounding areas of Dyersburg TN is all up in a feeding frenzy the past few days as the 4th anniversary of the unsolved murder of Karen Swift approaches. Karen Swift appears to have been kidnapped and murdered on or about October 30th, 2011, there are no suspects, no person of interest including Karen’s husband David Swift, in fact the Dyersburg County Sheriff Jeff Box appears to have no clues at all that can be used to indict someone, anyone. David Swift denies any connection to the unsolved murder of his wife Karen Swift and I totally believe him 100% after interviewing him on multiple occasions and reviewing the evidence and facts that aren't circumstantial that could have possibly led to her disappearance and eventual death.

KAREN SWIFT CAUSE OF DEATH- INJURIES TO HER BODY: Last Update 09/02/2012-Official Press Release -Dyer County Sheriff’s Office Swift Murder Investigation. As per Sheriff Box, Dyer County TN investigators observed injuries the body of Karen Swift sustained that appeared to have caused her death. An autopsy was performed on Karen Swift’s body by the Shelby County Medical Examiner’s Office in Memphis, the results of the autopsy was sealed under a court order for certain reasons and that the case is still under investigation. Early in the investigation we recovered Karen Swift’s cell phones after they were processed by lab personnel for latents and dna, we then requested the assistance of United States Secret Service in retrieving and processing information from her cell phones used to pinpoint the times and her movements at the time of  her disappearance. “This processing with the Secret Service may provide highly detailed data, which may include the time of every movement that was made before, during and after her murder.” Dyer County TN investigators "observed injuries" the body of Karen Swift sustained that appeared to have caused her death, obvious such injuries that "one could observe" would be gunshot wounds, stab wounds, and/or injuries to the body beaten with a weapon, or even run over with a car, all of which would cause blood spatter at the crime scene. So, if the cause of death for Karen Swift was injuries to her body where is the blood spatter in the house or on or near her car, none was supposedly found by TBI forensic agents. Multiple injuries to the body of Karen Swift would have caused blood spatter. If blood spatter belonging to Karen Swift was found in the house or on or near her car the husband, David Swift, would be on trial right now.
Posted 10:25 am, October 30, 2014, Reporter  at CBS WREG Memphis Channel 3 writes…DYER COUNTY, Tenn. — "Karen Swift spent her last night alive at a Halloween party with friends at The Farms Clubhouse. She wasn’t with her husband. Karen’s first stop after the party was her friend’s house to pick up her car, and the second stop was to pick up her daughter from a Halloween party. The mother of four then returned to her Newbern home, where Dyer County’s Chief Investigator Terry McCreight says her husband David was the last to see her alive. They lived in the same house even though Karen filed for divorce. Three years later, David Swift still isn’t talking. Not to investigators nor WREG despite several requests. In fact, McCreight calls Swift ‘uncooperative and suspicious,’ though Swift isn’t a suspect, or even named a person of interest." “He hasn't called, inquired about anything as it relates to her death,” Investigator McCreight said. In fact, just a couple of weeks ago, Swift moved away from Dyer County to Northeast Arkansas. McCreight says deputies called him in for an interview, but he and his attorney Steve Farese refused. The Dyer County’s Sheriff Department won't say if they have any suspects or even how Karen Swift died. THIS WHOLE ARTICLE penned by Adam Hammond at CBS WREG is pure nonsense, on
09/02/2012- A  Official Press Release -Dyer County Sheriff's Office Swift Murder Investigation. As per Sheriff Box, Dyer County TN investigators observed injuries the body of Karen Swift sustained that appeared to have caused her death. Newsflash for Adam Hammond, Karen Swift cause of death was multiple injuries to her body. Just 2 days before this so called reporter Adam Hammond penned his David Swift expose, Mr Swift went public with the State Gazette and refuted every lie posted by  at CBS WREG Memphis Channel 3, see the truth in the State Gazette Oct. 28 2014 interview below.

On Tuesday, Oct. 28 2014, David Swift sat down for an exclusive interview with the State Gazette, breaking his silence for the first time. Swift said the last three years have been difficult ones to deal with for himself as well as for his four children concerning the unsolved murder of his wife. "It's been a living nightmare as far as how the last three years have gone with everything that's happened," said Swift. "There hasn't been a lot of time for grieving because there are a lot of unanswered questions, and to be honest, it's been a very difficult time for my kids and also for myself." Swift said he didn't know why someone would want to harm his wife, but he, along with his attorney Steve Farese, have performed their own investigation to determine what may have happened to his wife. "I know law enforcement has their investigation, but my attorney and I have uncovered facts that aren't circumstantial that could have possibly led to her disappearance," said Swift. "Then again, it could have been something random that happened to her, but there are a lot of unanswered questions that need to be answered."

Swift said since the initial days of the investigation, he felt like the eyes of law enforcement were focused squarely on him, something he understood was the norm in cases involving a murdered spouse. "That's a common tactic of law enforcement to always look at the spouse, and I was ok with that and I welcomed that," Swift added. "I provided anything and everything to law enforcement to help aid and assist in their investigation. They came to our house on several occasions to collect stuff and not one time did I ever refuse to let them do their job."
Swift has never officially been named a suspect or a person of interest in his wife's murder. David Swift stated he has always been willing to talk to law enforcement officials, but those efforts were turned down once it became known an attorney was representing him.

"I had some standard interviews with the sheriff's department, but I've never been asked if I had any type of involvement in her disappearance or murder," said Swift. "That led me to believe they were looking at other avenues as to what happened, but today I just don't think they've done a very good investigation and pursued possibilities other than myself. I've contacted the sheriff's department and asked about the investigation and Sheriff Jeff Box said they couldn't speak to me because I had an attorney. I am willing and have been willing, to arrange to speak with them with my attorney at any time, but they've never followed through on setting up any type of meeting." When asked if he would be willing to sit down with investigators if contacted now, Swift answered "absolutely".

Another question commonly associated with David Swift is the idea he did nothing to help in the search of his wife following her disappearance. Swift says he did search, despite being on crutches due to a knee surgery he had months before the disappearance, as well as being told to stay inside by a member of law enforcement. "Under advisement of the sheriff, he told me to stay inside because of all the media. He advised me not to talk to them because they were twisting around what he was saying and it was better if I just stayed inside the house," Swift stated. "My sons and I would go out at night and look because I was on crutches. It was difficult to even get around and I didn't want to get trapped by the media with nowhere to go, but we passed out fliers, stopped people on the road, gave fliers to the mailman to hand out and even went to the country club to ask some staff that was there for the party if they had seen anything that night." "I notified the sheriff personally after finding her car with a flat tire that something was wrong, and everything started from there," said Swift.
