Judge’s Release of Robert Doggart on Bail After he Was Recorded Threatening to Stab, Shoot and Firebomb Islamberg NY Criticized by Civil Rights Activists.

VIDEO ABOVE: Ryan Mauro and his supposed "surveillance video" of The Muslims of America (TMOA) terrorists training at Isamberg in Hancock NY. Ryan Mauro was the national security analyst at the Christian Action Network (CAN) dating back to at least 2008. Numerous and frequent publication of videos and articles by Ryan Mauro and his assortment of "Patriotic Organizations" including the Christian Action Network (CAN) on Fox News about The Muslims of America (TMOA) at Isamberg in Hancock appears to have incited Robert Doggart, who ran for Congress in Tennessee in 2014, to plot and plan to murder everyone in Islamberg and burn the Muslim town to the ground with the aid of the OAF Militia. Ryan Mauro needs to wake the hell up and smell what he is shoveling!

July 13th, 2015 THE GUARDIAN... A judge’s decision to release a Tennessee man on bail in Chattanooga after he was recorded threatening to stab, shoot and firebomb a Muslim community in upstate New York has been criticized by civil rights activists. Robert Doggart, 63, and a former candidate for Congress, said he wanted to take his “battle-tested M-4” military-style assault rifle, “with 500 rounds of ammunition, light-armor piercing”, a pistol with three extra magazines and a machete to burn down “the kitchen, the mosque and their school” in the hamlet of Islamberg, according to a criminal complaint against him. “We will be cruel to them,” Doggart said of the people of Islamberg. “And we will burn down their buildings ... And if it gets down to the machete, we will cut them to shreds.”

Ryan Lenz, the online editor of the Southern Poverty Law Center’s HateWatch blog, said that “there is a certain leniency granted to people with terrorist-like charges if they’re non-jihadis”. “In the aftermath of 9/11, the federal government has turned its focus almost exclusively to Islamic terrorism” and has looked away from domestic threats like Doggart’s, said Lenz.

SEE: Legal Jihad to Silence Christian Action Network? - by Ryan Mauro A group called the Muslims of the Americas is threatening to sue the Christian Action Network (CAN) for a YouTube video where an MOA member is confronted at the Muslim Day Parade in Washington, D.C. in September by several citizens concerned about the group’s extremism and paramilitary training of its members. (Full disclosure: I, RYAN MAURO work as a national security researcher for CAN.) Is the barrage of video expose attacks by Ryan Mauro shown on FOX NEWS targeting the Muslims Of America camp in Islamberg some sort of payback for the MOA lawsuit?

Delaware County NY UnderSheriff Craig Dumond, Captain of NY State Police James Barnes and Oak Brook IL Police Chief James Kruger all say terror claims made by Ryan Mauro of the so-called Clarion Project on Fox News about Islamberg are false, without merit and totally unsubstantiated. All this recent media attention in regard to potential terrorist training camps and things that are going on there — we don’t see it,” Craig Dumond, Undersheriff of Delaware County, told investigator reporter Aaron Klein two months ago. Oak Brook IL Police Chief James Kruger is assuring the community there are no local extremist Islamic groups following a TV report that had Oak Brook IL listed on a map among 20 municipalities in the United States as a city with a "radical Muslim organization."

Quote: Captain Barnes said he has seen no "nefarious" activity in Islamberg. "I think there is a lot of misinformation that is out there, certainly on the Internet," said Capt. James Barnes from the New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation. Barnes told CBS News that he's had a personal relationship with the community of Islamberg for 12 years. Ryan Mauro appears to have fabricated false information about Islamberg to entice others to violence, like American Taliban Robert Doggart, Mauro is a frequent contributor to Fox News and reporter Malia Zimmerman, if he lied about Islamberg what else did he lie about?

Robert Doggart, who FBI special agent James Smith stated “associates with private militia groups”, spent most of 2014 running for U.S. Representative and simultaneously plotting to commit murder and mayhem in Islamberg. Doggart’s plan to bomb Islamberg served to put the United States government on notice of his gripes. "I got this battalion that I command and they want to go take action. [They] are so sick and tired of the crap the government is pulling that we go take a small military installation or we go burn down a Muslim church…," reported Doggart in a wiretapped telephone conversation. Robert Doggart’s now deactivated Facebook page indicates that he subscribed to the right wing, pro-militia ideology that Islam in America is wrong. Doggart’s persistent efforts to commit mass murder and destruction attracted the attention of the FBI in February 2015 when many private militia groups were under scrutiny similar criticism as a result of a new assessment refocusing attention on “sovereign citizen extremists” who have committed increasing attacks against America since 2010.

The criminal affidavit indicates that Robert Doggart traveled to South Carolina and Texas to meet with members of private militia who shared a similar hatred of the U.S. and Muslims. This activity matches an increase in unwelcome strangers visiting properties of The Muslims of America (TMOA) in South Carolina, Texas and other states. Interestingly, RSS Internet posts by Robert Doggart on August 28, 2014, show he did in fact go to a TMOA location in Tennessee, “I traveled to Dover, Tennessee in Stewart County yesterday…”. On Saturday, May 9, 2015, Islamberg residents reported to authorities a suspicious pickup truck at the entrance to their property with an insignia on the back titled “10th Mountain Division”. When approached, the vehicle drove off speedily. Doggart sold his evil scheme against Islamberg as a suicide mission where losing his life was worth the sacrifice, "If Hancock, NY happens, so be it. And I'll do what I have to do. If there's a gunfight, well there's a gunfight…if it's necessary to die then that's a good way to die.” The federal authorities monitored all of Doggart’s electronic and telephone communications and arrested him on April 10 just as he was planning to go to New York to conduct his own “reconnaissance” declaring, “I’ll probably bring my M4 with me just in case”.

Members of The Muslims of America (TMOA) primarily consist of African American Sunni who are indigenous Americans with Islamic roots spanning four generations. The first generations were mainly converts from various branches of Christianity. Adult residents work in professional and trade jobs while the children participate in local youth sports programs. Contrary to some claims, local, state and federal law enforcement and neighbors have nothing negative to say about the Islamberg community.

“For years we worked to expose Islamophobia and those who make millions of dollars flooding the Internet with false information about our community. Due to people like Martin Mawyer of the Christian Action Network and Ryan Mauro regurgitating the same lies, it has spawned this type of hate and now our lives are changed. Our children do not feel safe”, explained Gardner. The Muslims of America have a long, documented history of fighting against misinformation including filing a multi-million dollar defamation lawsuit against the Christian Action Network (TMOA v. MAWYER, et. al) for libel published by defendants in a book and on the website of CAN.  In the complaint, counsel for The Muslims of America outlined Mawyer’s posting of their Hancock, NY property address on the Internet in a fashion meant to goad citizens. Although the prosecution, lead by Assistant U.S. Attorney Perry H. Piper argued for Doggart’s continued detention, on May 6, 2015, the magistrate judge shockingly ordered his release subject to multiple conditions, including electronic monitoring, no internet activity, remaining under the 3rd party custody of two adult daughters, posting a $30,000 unsecured bond and staying away from any of the victims or potential victims. Robert Doggart admitted his guilt and a plea agreement was filed in court on the only remaining charge- one count of communicating a threat to injure a person, which carries a punishment of up to five years imprisonment and a fine of not more than $250,000.
