Asia Siddiqui not only saw herself as a soldier for Allah, but a poet as well. The 31-year-old woman who was arrested Thursday in New York for allegedly hatching a terrorist plot with her former roommate, 28-year-old Noelle Velentzas, was also friends with the one-time editor of Al Qaeda magazine Inspire. Samir Khan, an American citizen, was killed in a 2011 drone strike in Yemen. But before that he published several articles in Inspire, including a DIY bomb-making guide which the Boston bombers allegedly used to make their twin pressure-cooker explosives. Samir Kahn was apparently so chummy with Asia Siddiqui that he published one of her poems in the precursor to Inspire, a publication called Jihad Recollections. According to the lengthy criminal complaint against Siddiqui and Velentzas, Asia Siddiqui met Samir Khan sometime in 2006 when Samir Khan was living in Charlotte NC and attending Central Piedmont Community College in Charlotte NC, they continued to communicate after he moved to Yemen in 2009. Asia Siddiqui and Velentzas have been accused of plotting to carrying out a terrorist attack in New York City, and referred to themselves as 'real bad bitches' in conversations with a federal informant. The informant says the two were considering targeting a military base or police funeral with a homemade bomb - but that there was no specific terrorist plot at the time of their arrest Thursday, March 2nd 2015.
AL-QAEDA PROPAGANDIST SAMIR KHAN was born in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on December 25, 1985 (the Antichrist) to parents of Pakistani descent and grew up in Queens, New York. Most Christians celebrate December 25 as the birthday of Jesus Christ. Samir Khan also spent some of his teenage years living in Westbury, New York. He graduated from W. Tresper Clarke High School in 2003 where he wrote for the school newspaper, SAMIR KHAN participated in cheerleading and was an active member of the glee club. According to his classmates, he refused to recite the Pledge of Allegiance and blamed Americans for the September 11 attacks. Samir Khan's father, Zafar Khan, is an information technology executive. The Khan family moved to Charlotte, North Carolina, in 2004 when Sami Khan was 18. There Samir Khan attended Central Piedmont Community College in Charlotte NC. Samir ibn Zafar Khan (December 25, 1985 – September 30, 2011)
Arrested terrorist Asia Siddiqui met BFF Samir Khan sometime in 2006 when Samir Khan was living in Charlotte NC. Samir Khan started blogging about jihad, according to FBI files, in 2004, the year he moved with his family to Charlotte, North Carolina. The FBI first learned of Samir Khan in November 2006, when the 20 year old started publishing blog posts about his support for an Islamic organization linked to terrorism and, according to the FBI documents, advocated for the beheading of journalists. Two months later, the FBI opened a file on Samir Khan and actively collected intelligence about him. The new batch of documents contains what appears to be the government's first official documentation of when it learned that Khan had connected with al-Awlaki: November 2008. The file says, "Khan has been in contact with Anwar Aulaqi, an FBI San Diego subject who was acquainted with two of the 9/11 hijackers [of American Airlines Flight 77] while serving as the Imam at a mosque in San Diego, California." The files show that Samir Khan was also under physical surveillance by the FBI. On January 6, 2009, an FBI agent submitted a newspaper article about a rally that Khan participated in, along with a photo.
There are numerous files dated February 2009 about Samir Khan's contacts, the details of which were redacted, but notations that included Somali individuals. However, one file from February 2009 shows that an FBI counterterrorism agent sent a report to the Charlotte field office to report that the bureau's Public Access Center Unit received an anonymous tip on its "Internet Crime Complaint Center" website claiming that Khan made a death threat against a Sarasota, Florida private investigator, whose name was redacted from the FBI files. A news report about the incident, however, revealed that the private investigator is Bill Warner, who allegedly was responsible for shutting down Khan's blog. "May Allah send a hurricane over his house so that he can be wiped out, humiliated," Khan wrote in a blog post, which the FBI underlined for emphasis in its February 17, 2009 report about the death threat. Still left unexplained is how Khan was allowed to leave the country and travel to Yemen later in 2009 without incident. The FBI did not respond to requests for comment.
I suppose the thing that most upset and frustrated me about Samir Khan’s obvious links to Al-Qaeda back in July of 2008 in Charlotte NC was that the FBI did nothing even after I put myself out there, in public, and made myself a target for Samir Khan and his his Al-Qaeda pals. When others were running away from any public connections to shutting down terror websites by hiding their true identity and locations, I went forward and targeted Samir Khan and publicly put myself on regional WBTV in Charlotte NC condemning his obvious Al-Qaeda connected website(s). I continued with at least 4 other video news exposes on Samir Khan with Charlotte TV station WBTV, even after he was in Yemen heading up Al-Qaeda’s news mag ‘Inspire” see video when he was in Yemen https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tI6FHVSoXI4
Records Indicate the FBI Planed To Use ‘Hostage Rescue Team’ To Arrest Samir Khan in Charlotte NC in Jan 2009, They Were Going to Kill Him. “They only call HRT in if they’re going to extract a body (Samir Khan),” said Jack Cloonan, a veteran FBI special agent.
I should have terminated Samir Khan when he threatened to have me, Bill Warner, killed back in January 2009, I knew where he lived and where he worked, I knew what hs car was, I should have confronted him at his work parking lot, him or me. North Carolina has a Stand Your Ground Law, “A person is justified in using force deadly force when He reasonably believes that such force is necessary to prevent imminent death or great bodily harm to himself or another“. Charlotte NC Al-Qaeda Blog of Samir Khan Obtains New Life, Requests Allah to Kill Sarasota Private Investigator Bill Warner. Samir Khan went on to head up propaganda for Al-Qaeda in Yemen and is responsible for many, many terror plots including today’s in NYC. Sarasota FL to Charlotte NC is 632 miles which is about 10 1/2 hours traveling by car. Total cost of trip $420, round trip from Sarasota Fl to Charlotte NC via car, overnight stay hotel and food, and three .38 caliber hollow point bullets two in the chest one in the head = terminated Samir Khan, priceless!
