Dyersburg County Sheriff Jeff Box Releases Car of Kidnapped and Murdered Karen Swift to Bank and Onto Craigslist for Sale The Car Was The Crime Scene WTH?

I, Bill Warner, am a licensed private investigator in Florida and authorized to work in Tennessee. I have been working for a relative of the kidnapped and murdered Karen Swift from Dyersburg TN. I have found from information and research into the VIN: JN8AZ08T64W219710 of the 2004 Nissan white Murano SE 2WD, last used by Karen Swift on October 30th 2011, that is has been released by Sheriff Box of Dyersburg TN to Chase Bank and out for wholesale before anyone has been indicted, arrested or gone to trial in her murder, the car was the crime scene, did Sheriff Box ever hear of touch DNA?

Karen Swift's 2004 white Nissan Murano - SE 2WD VIN: JN8AZ08T64W219710 It has a 2WD Automatic Transmission with White Exterior. This local TN SUV has a 3.5L V6 DOHC 24V Engine.  According to the local newspaper, the State Gazette, Karen Swift had been to a Halloween party at the Dyersburg Country Club-The Farms 2100 Clubhouse Dr Dyersburg TN 38024 on Saturday evening, Oct. 29th 2011, the blond 5' 5" tall and 130 lb aerobic teacher was dressed as 'Catwoman' in a skintight black costume. She reportedly arrived home sometime after midnight after picking up one of her daughters from a sleepover because she did not feel well. Karen Swift was reported missing on Sunday, Oct. 30 2011, when her 2004 Nissan Murano was discovered near the intersection of Harness Road and Millsfield Highway with a flat tire.

Thursday, December 8, 2011, Dyersburg State Gazette; Mary Claire Hopper holds her phone containing texts from Karen Swift before her disappearance. Hopper notes Swift was communicating to her about plans to finish a cleaning job on Sunday, Oct. 30, the day she was reported missing. Swift had already worked for several days cleaning the house and stood to earn at least from $250-$300 for the job.

This was the 2004 white Nissan Murano SUV that was held as evidence at the Dyersburg TN Sheriff’s department. They never would return the vehicle when asked over one year ago. Investigator Terry McCrieght stated it would not be released (pending indictment and/or trial). It now appears that Sheriff Box has released the vehicle back to the lien holder Chase Bank and it has been sold, wholesale to a used car dealer.

Please note, there was damage that had to be repaired before sale, it appears the DA and Sheriff did not want the owner to have the vehicle back and to cover up the damages and any possible contaminated evidence. This vehicle can now not ever be cross examined if needed in Court, what the hell, the vehicle was the last known place where Karen Swift was known to be on October 30th, 2011, the car is the crime scene and Sheriff Box has it wholesaled out?
