"Your House is My House" Said Failed Foreclosure King David J. Stern, Stern Law Office To Shut Down March 31, 2011.

SEC FILING MARCH 7TH, 2011;
DJSP Enterprises, Inc.’s (the “Company’s”) primary customer, the Law Offices of David J. Stern, P.A., has announced that it will be ceasing the practice of law with respect to all pending foreclosure matters in the State of Florida as of March 31, 2011.  As a result, the Company does not expect to receive any further file referrals from this customer.

David J. Stern, 50, first stepped down as the chairman of DJSP last year and then resigned as chief executive in November. In recent months, he has put up more than $40 million in assets for sale, including two Hillsboro Beach oceanfront estate properties and what is believed to be his $18 million Italian-made yacht.

DJSP’s stock, traded on the Nasdaq exchange, hit a high of nearly $14 per share last spring, but it then began a steady slide. It was trading early Monday afternoon at about 13 cents per share, down about 45 percent. The Nasdaq has warned the company it is in danger of being delisted from the exchange because it is now a penny stock, HA, HA, HA LOL!

Stern has listed two properties on South Florida's Hillsboro Beach and the Sun-Sentinel says that what is believed to be Stern's Italian-built superyacht, the 130-foot yacht, Misunderstood, is listed for sale for $18 million at The Yacht & Brokerage Show on Miami Beach. Together two properties on Hillsboro Beach which have enviable ocean-to-intracoastal lots are listed for a total of nearly $20 million. A Vail ski house belonging to Stern's wife is also on the market for around $6 million. Even if he sells those properties he still has a $15 million mansion in Fort Lauderdale and a penthouse condo in the Ritz Carlton on Fort Lauderdale Beach.

Foreclosure Attorney David J. Stern is said to have a “company motto”, Su Casa Es Mi Casa, or, Your House is My House.

THE SARASOTA HERLAD TRIBUNE REPORTS MARCH 8TH, 2011;
Top Florida foreclosure lawyer shuts down firm. Stern's firm officially announced Monday it was ending all involvement in any Florida foreclosure case by the end of the month, withdrawing en masse from 100,000 foreclosure cases in the state, including 5,000 in the Sarasota area. That will leave the court system to sort through the legal tangle left behind.

UP NEXT.. March 14th, 2011 at 9:30 AM there will be a second Motion to Dismiss hearing in Sarasota Court, this time brought by DEUTSCHE BANK and their attorney Kimberly Gustafson, they are being tried separately from David J. Stern and the David J. Stern Law Office clan of goons, I wonder if any of the Stern goons will show up?
