MOSCOW — A Chechen rebel, Doku Umarov, leader took responsibility on Wednesday for the double bombing that killed 39 people on the Moscow subway system two days ago, and he warned Russians that he was plotting more attacks in revenge for what he called the repressions against Chechens ordered by Prime Minister Vladimir V. Putin.

The statement by the rebel leader, Doku Umarov (dirtbag), was posted via Internet video hours after another double bombing that killed at least 12 people in Dagestan, which like Chechnya is part of southern Russia’s restive Caucasus region. That attack appeared to be aimed at the police, according to the Russian prosecutor’s
office.

Doku Umarov said the Moscow attacks were meant to avenge a February anti-terror raid that killed both civilians and militants in a wooded area near the border between Chechnya and Ingushetia.

“You Russians hear about the war on television and the radio, and this is why you are quiet, this is why you don’t react to the atrocities committed by the bandit group that is led by Putin,”  Doku Umarov said on the video, which was dated March 29, the day of the Moscow bombings. “I promise you the war will come to your streets  and you will feel it in your own lives and on your own skin.”

In the video, Doku Umarov said the subway attacks “were carried out on my orders, and they are not the last ones, with God’s will.”

Doku Umarov said the subway bombings did not affect the poorest Russians — in contrast to the February anti-terror raid — and that “if any person will condemn me for these operations and will accuse me of terrorism, I can only grin, because I haven’t heard Putin accused of terrorism.”

Doku Umarov, his photo above in the center, if ever there was someone in need of a .22 caliber dirt nap it is this goon, one to the head one to the chest up close just like what the Israeli Mossad use .22 LRS.  Beretta Model 70 and 71—special purpose favorites of the Israeli Mossad and sky marshals.

"An enemy of Israel, Russia and the USA, Doku Umarov, believes that he has successfully slipped away from the Mossad after his heinous act of terrorism. It’s a beautiful evening and time for a stroll. As the terrorist steps out of his apartment his chest is peppered with a handful of .22 Long Rifle bullets that immediately end his terrorist career. The only thing that the local police find is a dead terrorist and a small pile of .22 LR brass casings sprinkled close to the deceased. The Beretta Model 70 and the functionally identical Model 71, both in .22 LR, have served with great distinction as the signature terminator pistol of the Mossad, the premiere intelligence agency of the State of Israel. The Beretta 70 was also carried by Israeli Sky Marshals.  The Beretta Model 70 and 71 are compact single-action .22-caliber semi-automatic pistols that accommodate an eight-round magazine, weigh 17 ounces with an unloaded magazine and have a 3.5-inch barrel."

Profile: Doku Umarov; Doku Umarov is a child murdering terrorist, he has been accused by Russian security forces of leading the 2004 school siege in Beslan, which resulted in more than 300 deaths. The allegation has never been substantiated, although hostages said he had been the only attacker not to wear a mask. Mr Umarov is also suspected of being behind a string of kidnappings in Chechnya for ransom, and is said by officials to have been involved in killing Chechens co-operating with the pro-Kremlin government. Mr Umarov is said to have played a key role in organising an attack in the neighbouring republic of Ingushetia in June 2004, in which several dozen people, including the acting Ingush interior minister were killed.  Mr Umarov described Western countries as the enemies of all Muslims, and announced his intention to install shariah across the region.

Muslim Chechen rebel Doku Umarov claims November/2009 Russian train bombing; Chechen rebels claimed responsibility Wednesday for last week’s Russian train bombing, which killed at least 26 people and injured scores of others, Doku Umarov said on a Web site sympathetic to the militants said.

The claim, posted on the www.Kavkazcenter.com terror website, could buttress the suspicions of officials who are tracing the attack to Islamist separatists in Russia’s North Caucasus region. It also raises fears of a fresh wave of attacks outside the region after a five-year break รข€” a renewal of violence that would mirror the growing unrest inside the region.

The separatist statement, issued on behalf of Chechen Muslim separatist terrorist leader Doku Umarov, claimed Friday’s bombing of a Moscow-St. Petersburg express train was carried out on his orders.

We declare that this operation was prepared and carried out … pursuant to the order of the Emir of Caucasus Emirate,” or Doku Umarov, his photo above, the statement said.

Doku Umarov is thought to head a network of Muslim terrorist separatist cells across Russia’s volatile and mainly Muslim North Caucasus region that are fighting to break free from Moscow’s rule. The rebels are blamed for regular attacks on law enforcement officials in the region’s five autonomous republics, after two bloody separatist wars in Chechnya.
