Khalim Massoud and his crew set up the ‘Muslims Agaisnt Sharia (MAS)” webiste on or about September 11th, 2001 and started collectiong “Donations” so that “Moderate Muslims Could Fight Islamofacists” see “Donation” form CLICK TO ENLARGE.
There are no listings anywhere for a “Muslims Agaisnt Sharia,” Charity, Business Location, Corporation, LLC or Political Contributions.
Were IRS Forms 990 and 990-EZ for a non-profit or charity filed for Muslims Agaisnt Sharia in 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 or 2008 ? If not, those “Donations” to fight Islamofacists for the last 8 years are income and the IRS Criminal Enforcement Division will be curious, but I'm sure this is all legit.
What Islamofacist did Khalim Massoud and his MAS crew get arrested ? What Islamofacist did Khalim Massoud and his MAS crew get indicted ? What Islamofacist did Khalim Massoud and his MAS crew get deported ? What Jihad websites recruiting Islamofacist terroists did Khalim Massoud and his MAS crew shut down ? What al-Qaeda recruiting website did Khalim Massoud and his MAS crew shut down, what fight, anywhere or, at anytime time did Khalim Massoud and his MAS crew ever initiate with any Muslim Terrroist “Islamofacist” individual or group ? None, It never happened !
There are no Dun & Bradstreet records of any business by the name of Muslims Against Sharia in any State of the USA. There were no Newspaper articles or TV news reports about Khalim Massoud and his MAS crew (EXACTLY HOW MANY MUSLIMS YA GOT KHALIM) fighting IslamoFacist terrorism, ever, yet he keept collecting those donations for the last 8 years from around the world, the US Secret Service Financial Crimes Division would be interested in all these money transcations, but I'm sure it's all legit !
In a telephone conversation Thursday, 3/19/2009, with Joe Kaufman Chairman of Americans Against Hate, website at www.AmericansAgainstHate.org , Joe, who I have known personally for over 4 years, denies any involvement in any way shape or form with the "Muslims Agaisnt Shaira" crew or Khalim Massoud, whoever he really is. Joe Kaufman wanted to know where it is posted by the "Muslims Agaisnt Sharia" that he is a member or linked to such a group. "Muslims Agaisnt Sharia" has picked up Joe Kaufman's articles and posted them to their website, but Joe Kaufman does not contriute to the "Muslims Agaisnt Sharia" website !

The State of Nebraska requires anyone soliciting funds to be registered and licensed with the State. Guidestar, a national listing site of non-profits, shows no results for “Muslims Against Sharia.”
The West Omaha branch of the U.S. Postal Service, at 8451 W. Center Rd, in Omaha, NE 68124-3135, confirmed that PO Box 241732 is rented in the name of Muslims Against Sharia, in reviewing the rental application, it was found that MAS listed themselves as a Nebraska corporation (no record) with a business license.
The USPS was informed that MAS has no business license, and is not incorporated in NE. An investigation will ensue. Listing fraudulent information on a USPS PO Box application is a violation of 18 US Code, Section 1001 and of 18 US Code Section 1708.
